OurWay is operated by Engage Campus Technologies LLC.

This set of terms describes how the software currently behaves and has not yet been reviewed or approved by the operator or by legal counsel. It must be reviewed before OurWay is submitted to the App Store or Google Play.
Who can use OurWay
OurWay is intended for college and university students. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting content — a club submission, a post, an event, a message, or an attachment — you grant Engage Campus Technologies LLC permission to store and display it within the service so that it can be shown to the people you intended to reach.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
The Community Guidelines describe what is and is not acceptable on OurWay, and form part of these terms. In short: do not harass people, do not post hateful or violent content, do not spam, and do not impersonate other people or organisations.
Clubs and organisations
A club listing on OurWay is submitted by a student and reviewed before it becomes visible. A listing does not imply that Engage Campus Technologies LLC endorses, verifies, or is affiliated with that organisation, or that the organisation is officially recognised by any university.
Club officers can manage their club's members, events, posts and chat, including removing messages and restricting a member's ability to post in the club chat.
Moderation and account termination
Content that breaks the Community Guidelines may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated. Reports are reviewed by platform administrators.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion from this page. What is deleted and what is retained is described in the Privacy Policy.
Service provided as is
OurWay is provided without warranty. Availability is not guaranteed, and features may change.

Governing law and jurisdiction, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and the process for notifying users of changes to these terms are deliberately absent. They are owner and legal decisions and have not been drafted. See docs/native-release-decisions.md.
